I don't feel 34.
And I definitely don't feel responsible enough to take care of a baby yet. But, I have been seeing some signs of maturity as the due date approaches. My fatherly genes kicking in.
For example, I flip-off a lot fewer people while I'm driving. And instead of speeding up to keep other cars from merging into my lane, I kindly wave them in. (Sometimes.)
That and I wear more shirts with buttons.
It's not much, I know. But, it's a start.
Well, maybe if you spent less time reading baby blogs and more time looking for work, you wouldn't be in this situation. (Or would I, for that matter.)
